Miracle Gymnastics offers classes on a year-round basis for athletes of all ages, genders, and levels. Our highly skilled coaches provide a fun, focused and safe environment where athletes are encouraged to keep progressing reaching milestones at their own pace. Angels (Ages 3-4) 

This 55-minute class is a fun and engaging way for children of all genders to learn the core foundational skills of gymnastics. Your child will be led by one of our experienced coaches through various stations, including the trampoline, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. They will also learn the building blocks of gymnastics, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels and more.  

Fairies (Ages 5-6) 

This 55-minute class for girls introduces the basics of all four women’s Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Class begins with a warmup that combines strength, cardio, and flexibility training. After warming up, students follow a structured lesson based on our methodology of skill progressions and the students age – all of which are designed to instill self-confidence, courage and a better understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics. 

Stars (Ages 7-8) 

This 55-minute class for girls introduces the basics of all four women’s Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Class begins with a warmup that combines strength, cardio, and flexibility training. After warming up, students follow a structured lesson based on our methodology of skill progressions and the students age – all of which are designed to instill self-confidence, courage and a better understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics. 

Shining (Ages 9-12)

Intermediate Gymnastics (Ages 6-12) 

Our 90-minute intermediate classes are for girls with previous gymnastics experience. Prior to registration, an evaluation must be scheduled with one of our coaches to ensure that the student has sufficient bar strength and mastery of basic skills. This class will incorporate all four women’s Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. Students will be presented with new challenges and opportunities to build their self-confidence and understanding of the sport. 

Beginner Tumbling (Ages 5-12) 

Beginner tumbling is an exciting and safe introduction to the world of acrobatics, where participants learn basic flips, rolls, and jumps under expert guidance. Explore the joy of movement and build foundational skills in a supportive and fun environment. This class focuses on floor and tumble track apparatus only. 

Adult Gymnastics (Ages 16+) 

Adult gymnastics is an exciting and empowering form of fitness that blends gymnastic techniques with strength, flexibility, and agility exercises, catering to individuals of all skill levels and ages. Whether beginners seeking to master basic moves or experienced athletes aiming to refine their skills, this dynamic activity offers a fun and challenging way to stay fit, boost confidence, and unleash your inner acrobat! 

Boys Gymnastics (Ages 5-12) 

This 2-hour class for boys emphasizes strength training and flexibility while introducing the basics of all six men’s Olympic events: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. Students will gain essential muscle strength, knowledge and self-confidence that will translate into practical life skills. 

Open Gym (Ages 5-16) 

Open Gym is a dynamic and flexible fitness concept that offers individuals the freedom to work out at their own pace and according to their preferences. Unlike traditional fitness classes, Open Gym provides a supportive environment where participants can access a fully equipped gymnasium and exercise facilities without the constraints of structured classes or guided sessions. 

Private Lessons 

Private lessons are personalized, one-on-one instructional sessions designed to cater to an individual’s specific needs and learning pace. These sessions offer focused attention and tailored guidance, helping learners excel in their chosen subject or skill with greater efficiency and confidence.
